DELIVERY TO THE CONSULATES ON THE SAME DAY We adopted our daughter February 2004 from Siberia, Russia. I experienced the same frustrations that come with the adoption paper chase. I understand the urgency, and the tension involved in these procedures and now I love to make it easier and fast for people. Once I receive your documents I will hand deliver them to the Secretary of State, wait for the Apostilles and return them to you immediately or hand deliver them to the appropriate embassy. I will keep you informed at all times either through email or by phone. In your express mail package to me you will need to send the following: 1. A note telling me what country the forms are for, your e-mail address, and telephone numbers to reach you. If you want to have them delivered to the appropriate consulate, e-mail me for further information as to what each consulate requires. 2. A check made payable to the Department of State for the number of documents you’re submitting x $10. 3. Enclose a self addressed return pre-paid envelope, such as Fedex or DHL, and remember that your package will weigh twice as much. 4. A check made payable to Nicole Alibrandi. My fees are as follows: $10 per document ($50.00 minimum) with a flat rate of $150 for anything over 15 documents per package. Courier service to the Consulates is $35.00 Packages should be mailed to: DO NOT REQUEST SIGNATURE FOR DELIVERY !!!
