THE SYSTEMATIC ATTEMPTED MURDER BY ILLEGAL PRIVACY INVASION COINTELPRO TERRORIST CULT

I have been stalked by the COINTELPRO illegal program just about all my life to attempt murder or to cause suicide by interference with my Human, Civil, Natural rights. In my home were I was standing up for my rights when they were harrasing me and my Mother I was only 5-7 years old. It is hard for me to remember the year because of the rape of my memory everyday and of the stalking to paralize me. Thanks to the Lord I can am alive to tell this true life story of this over forty years attempted murder. They have illegal attacked my family to coverup there slavery practices of anti-family doctrine because the thirteenth amendment was not ratified by Mississippi at that time. However, Mississippi was the last state in the union to ratify the thirteenth amendment of the United States in 1995. (One hundred and thirty years to abolish slavery.) The Never Ratified Thirteenth Amendment An original thirteenth amendment was proposed by the 2nd session of the thirty-sixth Congress on March 2, 1861. Interestingly, this proposed amendment was signed by President Abraham Lincoln (the so-called Great Emancipator)

Agencies of our own government are on record as having employed precisely these same tactics on a recurrent basis. The Church and Rockefeller Committee Hearings in the mid-70's purportedly put an end to these practices. Based on recent developments, it would appear that the CIA's and FBI's Operations MKULTRA, MHCHAOS and COINTELPRO (the focus of these Senate Committee and Vice-President-level Hearings) were instead merely driven underground. We are now in contact with a total of 25 individuals, scattered throughout the United states, who firmly believe they are being harassed by agencies of the U.S. Government. Others have been brought to our attention whom we will be contacting in the future. The majority of these individuals claim that their harassment and surveillance began in 1989. The methods reportedly employed in these harassment campaigns bear a striking resemblance to those attributed to the CIA and FBI during Operations MKULTRA, MHCHAOS and COINTELPRO. The only difference now is that electronic harassment and experimentation also appear to be (more blatantly) involved. The Berlin Wall is down, Communism is in the midst of a death rattle, and the KGB no longer poses the threat which purportedly served to justify the U.S. Government's resort to such operations as MKULTRA, MHCHAOS and COINTELPRO. The KGB, since 1989, has been reduced to an increasingly distant memory. Reactivation of surveillance/harassment/mind-control operations in this country suggest that the KGB, as an institution, was never the real threat. A KGB "mentality," which is underlying pragmatic contempt for civil liberties, appears, instead, to have been the driving force behind MKULTRA, MHCHAOS and COINTELPRO, and the operations now being reported to us.

TORTURE VICTIMS RELIEF ACT The Torture Victims Relief Act (TVRA) first passed in 1998, is the major source of government funds for torture treatment centers in the United States. The act authorized millions of dollars to assist torture victims through the Office of Refugee Resettlement, the U.S. Agency for International Development and donations to the United Nations Voluntary Fund for Victims of Torture.

This has lead to The CIA's super secret project, MK-ULTRA. The project had grown out of an earlier secret programme, known as Bluebird, that was officially formed to counter Soviet advances in brainwashing. In reality the CIA had other objectives. An earlier aim was to study methods 'through which control of an individual may be attained'. The emphasis of experimentation was 'narco-hypnosis', the blending of mind altering drugs with careful hypnotic programming.

The scope of the project was outlined in a memorandum dated January 1952 that ominously asked: "Can we get control of an individual to the point where he will do our bidding against his will and even against fundamental laws of nature such as self preservation?" The race was on to create a programmable assassin! A crack CIA team was formed that could travel, at a moments notice, to anywhere in the world. Their task was to test the new interrogation techniques, and ensure that victims would not remember being interrogated and programmed. All manner of narcotics, from marijuana to LSD, heroin and sodium pentathol (the so called 'truth drug') were regularly used. Despite poor initial results, CIA-sponsored mind control programmes flourished. On 13 April 1953, the super-secret project MK-ULTRA was born. Its scope was broader than ever before, and only those in the top echelon of the CIA were privy to it. Official CIA documents describe MK-ULTRA as an 'umbrella project' with 149 'sub-projects'. Many of these sub-projects dealt with testing illegal drugs for potential field use. Others dealt with electronics. One explored the possibility of activating 'the human organism by remote control'. Throughout, it remained a major goal to brainwash individuals to become couriers and spies without their knowledge. When it was formed in 1947, the CIA was forbidden to have any domestic police or internal security powers. In short, it was authorized only to operate 'overseas'. From the very start MK-ULTRA staff broke this Congressional stipulation and began testing on unwitting US citizens.

My father was in the military and I believe that I would have if they hadn’t interfered with my life that I suppose to have had with my father. I have been studying the bible codes and from my experience of staying alive this long has lead me to believe that the Bible Codes are true.I know that for me being able to stay alive this long being disabled because of the mind control that I would have been and operative by now. I am on disability as a result of this interference with my family and Job. They have put my life in danger many times because of the dangerous hypnosis because I worked in a very high place. We have heard of the psych wards in hospitals so, I would hope that any righteous individual can understand the torture that this type of terrorist equipment of SDI now STAR WARS can cause to the human body.
