Swimming is a “life sport” that is enjoyed by over two million people of all ages and abilities. As the premier adult swim team in the south metro Atlanta area, and as leaders in the swimming community, the Southside Seals actively promote swimming at all levels.

The Southside Seals is a chapter of the Georgia Masters "Super Team", a member club of United States Masters Swimming (USMS). USMS is a national organization of more than 42,000 members that provides organized workouts, competitions, clinics and workshops for adults aged 18 and over.
