The University of South Alabama National Alumni Association has formed chapters in community's across the United States.
Baldwin County, Alabama is no exception. With over 2500 Alumni from the University of South Alabama who were either from Baldwin County or currently residing in the county, a chapter was needed to meet the needs of USA Baldwin County Alumni.
The chapter was formed in March 2003 with over 50 interested Alumni dedicated to enhance the image of the university, increase Alumni involvement in the county, and create events designed to highlight the value of the university.
The President of the USA Baldwin County Alumni Chapter is Mary Ellen Leffard a graduate and employee of the university. To contact Mary Ellen please e-mail her at meleffard@usouthal.edu.
The Baldwin County Alumni Chapter has organized events throughout the year. Including a suite night at the USA Mitchell Center during USA Basketball Season, an annual fundraiser, and networking sessions held after work hours at local restaurants/ bars.
