The Theosophical Society in America: Covington Lodge was founded in 1937 with eight charter members. In the 1950's and 60's the Covington Lodge was a favorite stop for National lecturers in the Spotlight Program. This was an outreach program that sent speakers throughout the country to share theosophy.
