Big Easy Cabaret Show with Joe is a jambalaya of your favorite Dixieland Jazz, New Orleans R & B, Traditional Jazz, Delta Blues, Latin Jazz, Cajun/Zydeco, Gospel and Funk. (Basically any music that is heard in and around New Orleans.) The Big Easy Cabaret Show with Joe was broadcast over KMTN, Jackson Hole, WY by Joe Koufman on Sundays from 6pm to 9pm. The show was heard by over 6,000 listeners per quarter hour in Wyoming, Montana, and Idaho. So many fans requested the music being played on the Big Easy Cabaret Show with Joe, that several local music stores created special sections stocked with albums heard on the show. The Big Easy Cabaret Show with Joe began after Joe spent four years living in New Orleans listening to live music and collecting over 300 New Orleans albums of the music being produced in the "Big Easy."
